Legal Protection

We pursue every good-faith effort to negotiate with the tenant. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, our company provides the legal services required to address any issue arising from the lease agreement.

If tenants default on rent and every attempt at an amicable resolution has been exhausted, G-Epsilon proceeds, on the owner’s written instructions, with legal claims for non-payment of rent or breach of the lease agreement.

Our legal department prepares all necessary documents and represents the owner wherever required. Every procedure is carried out in consultation with the owner-client.

Once a court decision has been issued, our company works with court-appointed bailiffs and the relevant authorities to enforce the ruling and recover possession of the property.
