Adhering to every good-faith negotiation with the tenant, and if any dispute cannot be resolved amicably, our company provides legal services to address all issues arising from rental agreements. G-Epsilon, in cases of tenants’ default in rent payment despite exhausting all means of amicable resolution, proceeds, upon written instruction from the landlord, to pursue legal claims either for non-payment of rent or for non-performance of the lease. Our legal department prepares all necessary documents and represents the landlord where required. All procedures are carried out in consultation with the client-owner.

Following the issuance of a court decision, our company, in collaboration with court-appointed bailiffs and relevant authorities, undertakes to enforce the court decision and reclaim possession of the premises.
